My client is a leader in its market, showing positive growth, high levels of ambition, and determination to be the Top retailer in their sector. They are looking for a Regional Manager for retail stores across a large geographical area. This person will be responsible for successfully driving sales, building, and leading high-performing teams throughout their territory.
The successful candidate must have an extensive retail background within customer-focused stores and have previously managed at least 20 locations. (This is not an Area Manager role).
