We are expanding the team across both our Oxford site, where our bakery is based, and our London office, where a lot of the commercial team spend their day-to-day.

On top of this, we are upgrading our production line, which will give us a bigger and better product, alongside a more efficient process.

We have so many exciting plans to grow the business over the next 3-4 years, and we’re looking for dynamic, high-energy, ambitious, big-picture thinkers to join our incredibly talented White Rabbit family.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage AR & AP transaction processing.

VAT return preparation & submission.

Customer & supplier account reconciliations.

Support payroll processing including ensuring accurate PAYE/RTI submissions and monthly pension uploads.

Support month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations.

Support monthly management accounts production and monthly management reporting packs.

Vertex Resourcing Ltd is the exclusively assigned partner for this project and will be managing all applications.

Salary £45,000 - £50,000 DOE

Experience in Xero highly desired.

Strong excel and IT skills is a must.

Experience working in fast paced FMCG accounts team highly desired.

Strong all rounder with proven track record, looking to take responsibility for the end to end transaction processing for a fast growing business.

Studying qualifications or recently qualified, both will be considered.
