Working alongside the Customer Success and Sales functions, this role will be pivotal to the onboarding and pitch process, seen as the product expert and building the bridge between RFP, development and account management teams.
Background wise – tech sales with a project management bias, CS within SaaS tech with a passion for solution development, or pre-sales / superuser in a BI agency… we’re really open. Above all, you’ll be a vibrant personality, with a natural ability to create impact, work to tight timescales and unite internal/external stakeholders in mission creation.
