KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media
Own social media strategy & publishing schedule and engaging community management across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest & YouTube) to increase brand reach and engagement rates –understand the latest trends & algorithm changes-continually test & learn.
Build, grow & nurture a loyal, meaningful community who are super engaged and become real brand advocates.
Create & develop our influencer & creator strategy –gifting and paid –to build brand awareness and reach new audiences with impactful campaigns.
Run our social shopping platforms on Instagram & TikTok –ensuring an easy path to purchase whilst our audience are scrolling.
Analyse & report on performance, editing strategy based on learnings & providing recommendations for future plans to ensure platform growth
Content creation
Create captivating content for social media –photography, videography, reels.
Ability to use the Adobe Suite and other content tools such as CapCut, Premier Pro and Canva.
A proficient copy writer –able to write for a variety of styles; Blogs, LinkedIn posts, Award entries, Email newsletters, Website copy, Adverts.
Support on general brand content creation for new product launches, paid media and trade marketing initiatives
Digital Marketing
Solid understanding of paid media –using paid tools (Paid Social / Google Ads) to drive social performance beyond organic reach.
Website optimisation –manage the Shopify website, ensuring a seamless user journey, keeping it updated, optimised and totally on-brand.
SEO/SEM –optimise on-page, technical and off-page SEO to drive traffic growth from both branded & unbranded search terms.
Email marketing –Utilise Klaviyoto ensure our email flows are optimised to maximise revenue and our marketing newsletters deliver regular, useful & on-brand content to engaged segments.
Analytics & reporting –Utilise Google Analytics, Shopify, Data Studio & Klaviyo
Track performance of all campaigns, monitor website traffic and make data-driven decisions –optimise by testing
