Senior Operations Executive

Our client is an exciting start-up company backed by science and embarking on a journey to help people live healthier and extended lives. It is a food and beverage brand bringing science and supplements into play enabling convenient and easy access for daily consumption.

We are recruiting a team to launch in the UK and soon thereafter into the USA and EU. The Senior Operations Executive is a new role and a fantastic opportunity to shape a role central to the delivery of the business.

We are looking for a generalist supply chain focussed person who can work independently and take ownership of liaising with our warehouses, 3PL logistics companies, raw material suppliers and factories. The ability to do demand planning and forecasting is also required. This is a unique opportunity to work in a high growth business, to shape an integral part of the business. It is a broad role offering a great opportunity to get in on the ground level and be exposed to a wide range of activities.

To be very competent in raw material supply planning

Have experience across several areas within the supply chain

Experience in Supplier Relationship Management

Highly motivated and commercially aware

Are a great communicator and leader, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of a business

Detail-orientated, hands-on, results-driven, proactive, driven by sense of ownership and urgency

Can handle a ridiculously fast-pace environment
