INEOS is a global manufacturing company with a diverse portfolio of products spanning various industries. 2023 saw them expand their repertoire into Household with a hugely successful launch into the UK market, building their distribution rapidly as they headed into the new year. 2024 kickstarted and saw the launch of INEOS Hygienics into the #1 Customer in France.

This EU Sales Manager role will be instrumental in their acceleration plans in the market; establishing and maintaining best-in-class customer relationships, negotiating significant distribution and implementing disruptive activation within the biggest French retailers.

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets and objectives. You will develop and implement strategic sales plans, oversee the sales process, and build strong relationships with clients to drive business growth. Additionally, you will analyse sales data, identify market trends, and provide insights to inform decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to motivate and inspire the team.

You'll be able to adapt well to a fast-paced work environment and possess a driven, entrepreneurial mindset. You'll also be persistent, proactive, self-starting, and adept at handling ambiguity.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.

Ideally have experience in non-food categories across personal care, healthcare, or household.

Cross-functional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.

Analytical mindset.

Customer-focused approach with a strong emphasis on building and maintaining relationships.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
