Job Description

Representing a category-leading outlet retailer that provides exceptional value to their customers, we are seeking two experienced Regional Managers to lead and drive performance across their retail stores, one for Scotland and another for the Midlands. The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing multiple locations within their region, ensuring sales growth, operational excellence, and exceptional customer experiences.

With a strong presence across the UK, this company thrives on offering top-quality products through assisted sales and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership: Drive top-line sales performance through proven assisted sales techniques and strategies.
  • Store Operations: Oversee daily operations across multiple stores, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and adherence to company standards.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop store managers and sales teams to maximise their potential and achieve regional goals.
  • Sales Targets: Ensure that stores in your region consistently meet or exceed sales targets, with a focus on maximising profitability.
  • Customer Experience: Foster a culture of excellent customer service and ensure that assisted sales interactions align with company values.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute regional sales plans to align with broader company goals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly analyse store performance, including financial results, customer feedback, and employee productivity.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all stores comply with legal, safety, and company standards.
  • Communication: Act as the key point of contact between head office and the stores, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives.

Perks & Benefits

Up to £80k per annum

Up to £2k commission per month based on performance

Requirements

At least 5 years of multi-site management experience in the retail sector, specifically with assisted sales.

Strong leadership and motivational skills with a track record of leading high-performing teams.

Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

Deep understanding of the customer journey, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Ability to analyse sales data and implement effective action plans.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Willingness to travel regularly across your region to support store teams.
