Financial performance: Ensure delivery of regional profit and revenue targets in line with corporate annual objectives and long-term ambition, while managing risks and opportunities.
Strategy development: Contribute to the development of the business unit long-term strategy and engage distributor partners behind the regional vision.
Route to market and distributor management: Develop collaborative partnerships within market distributors that share the same ambition by selecting the optimum route to market by country, negotiating distribution contracts, evaluating and engaging distribution partners
Identify and develop new business: enter new markets and categories according to growth strategy by developing existing brands and launching new meaningful product innovation
Net revenue management: Lead and deliver the pricing strategy for each brand and explore ways to optimise value chains and net revenue.
Global Commercial standards implementation: maintain the highest quality standards across all markets within the Region, ensure flawless execution of consumer and customer plans across markets
Develop the branded portfolio with distributors in line with brand strategy driving equity and market share of core
Launch innovation brands/variant with high chances of success, creating the future profit generators
Bonus up to 40%
University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, international commerce, or related areas. A post graduate degree is a plus
At least 10 years of work experience at international commercial positions related to the region within a diverse and multi-cultural team, FMCG preferred
Experience in distributor management, commercial negotiations and contract life cycle management in the region
Experience in brand building via consumer and trade activations
Entrepreneurial spirit, maintaining high levels of energy and relentlessly finding opportunities
Leadership capabilities to influence and inspire others at senior level, ensuring engagement behind the vision and alignment behind the strategy
Excellent command of English language both in written and in verbal form with ability to communicate clearly, negotiate and inspire. Russian language is a plus
Pro-active, results oriented with strong interpersonal skills a hands-on and can-do personality
Has ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet rigid deadlines, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptive to change
Must be self-motivated and resilient, with high problem-solving skills
Ability to travel extensively to international locations
