Job Description

The INEOS Hygienics National Accounts team are pivotal in supporting the growth of the INEOS Hygienics brand in the UK by starting and fostering game-changing relationships with both UK & EU retailers and embodying a passion for the business that aligns with their ambitious endeavours across the worlds of sport, automotive and industry.

As NAE, NAM, and SNAM, you will be responsible for developing and managing key client accounts at a national level. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop strategic plans, and ensure the successful execution of initiatives to drive sales and revenue growth. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic plans to grow sales and revenue within assigned national accounts.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Understand client objectives, challenges, and market trends to provide tailored solutions and drive value for both the client and the company.

Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and successful execution of account strategies.

Requirements

Proven track record in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in an FMCG environment.

Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and processes.

P&L competence, though not essential for NAE, exposure would be preferable.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proactive and results-oriented approach to achieving targets and objectives.
