The Role
To be part of the Marketing Campaigns team that supports the Consumer business to drive sales, awareness and deliver against revenue growth as targeted by marketing and financial objectives. This role will take a lead management role in managing all marketing campaign activity within the Commemorative division.
Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for managing all campaign marketing requirements and activities within the commemorative division, supporting the wider consumer business when required
- Lead and manage a small team of two direct reports, delivering commemorative product launches and overarching campaigns delivered per quarter
- Support and work closely with the senior marketing manager to develop the marketing and customer journey plans, delivering against the divisional marketing strategies
- Monitor and understand the marketing budget allocation against campaign delivery
- Ability to map out and implement customer journeys both online and offline
- Creation and presentation of sales support materials to ensure successful launch planning and communications
- Briefing in of all marketing material in line with marketing plans, working across different platforms
- Collaborate with wider marketing and sales teams making sure key objectives and messaging are communicated clearly
- Deliver post campaign analysis on an agree time scale against each project
- Working cross functionally with the wider marketing team to ensure successful campaign delivery
