This role represents a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of digital transformation in the hospitality industry. As Head of Media and Loyalty, you will take responsibility for building a new digital media strategy for the UK’s biggest hospitality operator that could transform long-term group revenue.
This role will lead a team looking to generate significant new revenue from digital and retail media. You will oversee the rollout of the first scale digital media network in UK hospitality and a ground-breaking new digital brand, connecting consumers with our clients' diverse range of brands and formats through an app whilst building a consumer behaviour database. You will then be responsible for working closely with the digital and media agencies to build a media strategy that harnesses these two assets to maximise new revenue.

5 years+ media/ marketing/ content management experience.
Experience working in or closely with media or advertising agencies.
Experience turning data and insights into monetisable media opportunities.
Experience of revenue generation through traditional and digital media channels.
Experience with loyalty programs.
Extensive budget and project management experience.
