Spirits Producer Require Global Brand Director
Job Description
Manage all aspects of the brands marketing activities, for all channels and accounts. Work with Marketing Exec Team on strategic planning and program development activities to drive awareness and trial and deliver sales and profitability objectives of the brand. Work with brand partners to manage agency priorities and contributions, and ensure effective communication, implementation, and execution of marketing programs with Sales and Distributor network. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: updating campaign strategy where necessary, content development, PR and social media strategy, influencer strategy and execution, POS development and event and sampling responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise all brands and distributors / wholesalers internationally.
Work with Marketing Exec team on strategic planning, program development and implementation (SWOT analysis, “go-to-market” strategies, prioritizing greatest volume opportunities, etc.).
Development and implementation of Annual Brand Plan (Objectives; KPI’s; Budget, etc.)
Establish strong relationships with brand partners and their support network, agencies and internal and external stakeholders in order to influence strategy alignment and deliver excellence in execution.
Create and communicate brand strategies, objectives, programming and all sales materials to assist in the sell-in and implementation of marketing priorities with Sales and Distributor Network.
Direct and execute consumer programs / activation projects including tracking budgets, supervising agencies, following timelines and managing cross-functional team.
Write creative briefs that clearly articulate communication objectives and success criteria in order to inform and direct agency work and creative development (content, PR and social media, consumer promotions, POS materials, influencer engagement) to generate concepts for effective execution.
Ensure consistent brand voice and global image across all consumer touchpoints.
Ensure proper delivery of the brand’s A&P budget targets, including program management, budget reconciliations with vendors, and timely input of all budget-related invoices & data into planning systems to facilitate budget-tracking by the organization at a higher level.
Deliver on awareness, trial, sales and profitability objectives by brand.
Strong brand and agency partner management is critical in this role - drive constructive outcomes with partners through a collaborative approach, great follow-through and ability to articulate and influence.
A keen cultural understanding of what’s trending in the marketplace is paramount in this role - deliver culturally relevant programming across entertainment, influencers, partnerships, events and effectively amplify.

Qualifications
Education: Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related. MBA a plus.
Other: 7-10 years Brand Management experience.
Industry Experience:
Industry knowledge of commercials like depletions, sales and retail data is a must.
Spirits experience in international markets is a must.
