Due to extreme growth, and our team constantly moving up our progression ladder, we are searching for a Resourcer to join our team.
No previous experience is required for this role, however a experience / a background in a similar role would be an advantage.
As a Resourcer you play an important role in the recruitment process, helping consultants to fulfil clients requirements and help match individuals to find their dream job.
You will be the first point of contact for candidates, answering / screening telephone calls and taking enquiries. You'll be able to maintain records to a high standard. Sourcing and selecting candidates for processes. You'll assist the consultants with daily work loads and enjoy working within a fast paced environment.
