M&S Go Virtual As They Launch Live Shopping

With more and more brands looking to find new and innovative ways to interact with their consumers, the use of AR, VR has seen a huge increase in popularity, however M&S have jumped on a trend that is growing very  popular in China - ‘Live Shopping’.




Live Shopping has seen growth globally however in China, Livestreaming shopping and events has seen the market value increase to a staggering USD $170bn!


The new ‘M&S Live’ shopping series aims to offer shoppers a more exciting and inspiring shopping experience, hosted by M&S experts, it will allow users to view live product demos, ask questions and even buy products more easily. 



The first in the series sees them kick off with a focus around health and wellness, promoting their leading activewear brand-Goodmove, as they try to bring the hype of this latest innovation in digital retail to the UK.
