In order to be successful, the individual must have strong commercial capabilities as well as be able to maintain and develop customer relationships. Additionally, you must have a proven track record of delivering impeccable tangible results. It is essential that you can work in a fast-paced environment and provide a real innovative edge.

You will lead the development and execution of a retail strategy in order to bolster sales volume and revenue to generate greater profit. You will have to work closely alongside the category, marketing supply chain and finance teams to ensure the products are delivered correctly and have the edge over competitors. Negotiation skills are vital as JBP’s must be agreed with the key customers to ensure both internal and external objectives are met.
