Want to work for a high-growth and well-funded Fintech company that uses big data analytics and cutting-edge technology to revolutionise the way companies protect themselves against money launderers?

This is a brilliant role for a sales leader with experience in the financial B2B space.

Up to £120K base + uncapped bonus + share options.

We’re looking for a Regulatory Technology Sales Team Lead to ramp up sales of our unique SAAS solutions; you will be responsible for your own quote as well as leading a team of 4 sales consultants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new opportunities from targeted outbound activity, networking and referrals
  • Engage with senior decision makers, qualify opportunities, negotiate and close deals
  • Effectively manage pipeline, prioritise the right deals and create urgency
  • Lead & manage, including on-boarding and training, of a sales team

Successful Candidate must have:

  • Track record in generating new business within a corporate B2B sales environment - we are only interested in speaking with individuals that can demonstrate self-sufficient success and the ability to find, manage and close high-value deals with major brands
  • Minimum of 5 years sales experience, with at least two in a solution selling environment preferably in B2B compliance/regulatory, or other cloud/SaaS solutions for the financial services industry
  • EITHER: experience of selling AML solutions; OR experience of building out a territory from scratch
