This category leading, global food business, in a fantastic west London location, are looking for 2 new sales operations admins. Both openings are due to internal progression, and this is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 6months+ experience, or even a recent graduate, to cut their teeth and develop rapidly! The business are well known for their progressive, collaborative and developmental culture, where you can gain exposure to wide areas of the business and grow your experience extremely well. Responsibilities will include:

* Supporting the sales team with customer administration

* Assisting the sales team with their corporate disclosure (i.e. Sarbanes Oxley/SOX) requirements

* Inputting sales team’s forward promotional plan into the forecasting system

* Inputting and checking internal financial administration

* Setting up of new lines and pricing in pricing systems

* Maintaining real time stock unit (SKU) “bibles”

* Maintenance of customer pricing database (SKU Bible) to include base and promotional pricing by product and customer

* Work alongside sales and finance teams to ensure compliance on all customer investments in line with corporate process

* Collation and filing of all disclosure paperwork

* Self audit of disclosure requirements

* Maintenance of customer promotional dates in company systems and ensuring full alignment in forecast

* Entering rolling 12 / 15 month plan

* Disclosure (SOX) administration & filing

* Secure promo confirmations, then ensuring activities move from Sales Planner to SAP on time and accurately

* Keep an accurate financial record of all promotional activity for each account

* Develop effective relationships with key internal sales and finance contacts

* Work with customer services team to improve clearance of deductions

* Work with sales and finance team to improve compliance against key financial processes The ideal candidate will:

* Have strong networking skills

* Be influential and able to build effective links with key internal stakeholders; excellent communication skills are a must

* Have some solid financial awareness – understanding of P&L workings, management and key drivers

* Be highly collaborative and team focussed

* Be able to prioritise effectively to deliver accurate administration standards

* Any finance or accounts payable experience would be highly desirable

* Preferably have 12-18 months industry or workplace experience (internships/university placements accepted) but may consider a fresh/recent graduate with a relevant degree
