Whilst we're not the size of a large corporate, we do have ambitious plans and are focussed on growth and similarly on rewarding those whose efforts help us get there. There's not a single recruitment organisation that won't feature its commission or revenue based incentive scheme as pride of place in its staff reward package - at Vertex whilst we run a profit sharing bonus scheme, that doesn't limit or define the way that we reward and incentivise the longer term. People are the cornerstone to the success of a recruitment business and in an industry renowned for high staff turnover we were very keen from day one to not only hire good people but to identify what makes people stay (and importantly stay productive) and capitalise on that.

By forging closer partnerships with fewer businesses we are able to offer higher levels of service and combat the trend of “template driven / call centre style” recruitment – a “back to basics” consulting approach. Vertex’s mission is to develop and grow an accessible, affordable recruitment solution and create a brand synonymous with value, service and trust. We like to call this, the less is more approach, the partnership strategy – in essence it’s just the “Vertex Way”.
We’re always interested in talking to people with a genuine interest in recruitment consultancy and tend to hire at two levels: Researchers / Trainees to compliment our team of fee earners (usually graduates with c a year's commercial experience) and Consultants (those with recent sector experience)
